Free Delivery throughout the UK.
Once completed, all items will be dispatched within 2 working days.
*Please note: All orders placed after 11.00 GMT will be processed the following day.
Rest of the World Delivery
International shipping prices are calculated per order. After you have placed your order, a member of the Wheathills team will contact you with more information.
WHEATHILLS is not responsible for any import duties payable.

Courier
For security we require a signature upon delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
In the event that no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange a new delivery date.
We are unable to accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing an order tracking reference.
Customs
Please note that the recipient of the delivery may be contacted by local customs offices to help clear the goods. If you are sending the parcel to a third party please ensure they are made aware of this and their contact number is entered correctly.
Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your goods, especially if the local customs office has difficulties getting in touch with the recipient.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inform as soon as possible by sending an email to nigel@wheathills.com stating your order reference.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the items purchased, you can return them within 30 days of receiving the order, for a full refund or exchange*.
You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk.
Items can be returned to our Derbyshire Showroom, or sent to the following address; Wheathills, Wheathills Farm, Brun Lane, Mackworth, Derby DE22 4NE
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, to the same card used to pay for your purchase.
*Please note that bespoke & personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty.
