The Yellow Brick Road
A memory box created in burr walnut, cross banded in macassar and strung to the edge in sycamore.
The front of the box is decorated with the yellow brick road featuring Dorothy's red shoes which depict the recipients fun times and her lead roles in the theatre. The animal footprints represent her ambitions and aspirations for the future.
The box is traditionally hand French polished to a silky smooth aromatic beeswax finish. The underside is upholstered in black leather and fitted with the Wheathills lady lozenge which includes the year the box was created.
